Realisierung, Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme, Dokumentation eines Die-Bonders für die hochpräzise Montage von Chips und Modulen mit einer Platziergenauigkeit im Sub-Mikrometerbereich. Ein komplettes Anlagengehäuse ermöglicht eine kontrollierte Prozessumgebung mit Reinraumqualität für hochstabile Montageprozesse mit dem Fokus auf maximale Ausbeute. Das Betriebsspektrum reicht von sehr flexiblen F&E-Prozessen bis hin zur 24/7-Produktion. Maßgeblich ist die Spezifikation.
Realisierung, Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme, Dokumentation eines Photonic Bonders für die passive und aktive Ausrichtung sowie die Montage optischer und photonischer Komponenten. Er muss geeignet sein, um Micro-Opto-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MOEMS), bzw. dünne optische Komponenten wie Linsen, Linsenarrays, diffraktive optische Elemente, Strahlteiler, Prismen etc. verarbeiten zu können ohne die aktiven optischen Flächen zu beeinträchtigen. Eine vollständige Kompatibilität (Schnittstellen/Software etc.) zu Los 1 muss garantiert werden.
