(1) Vendor needs to provide modifications and metal fabrication of training platform.– Perform structural and mechanical modifications to the hoist tower and platform. – A fully functional, safe, and upgraded training tower platform by replacing the decking, upgrading the safety railing, and installing a new electric winch assembly to the I–beam of the hoist.– Decking replacement and anchor points remove the current sharp grating and decking. – Railing modification and remove the long handrail across from the ladder access point. – Electric winch assembly and remove the current slide mechanism on the hoist's I–Beam.
