Vendor needs to provide storm water quality program management services to the government authority located in Texas.• Assisting with municipal separate storm system, construction general permit, and industrial multi sector general permit compliance including storm water sampling at terminal facilities.• Assisting with storm water pollution prevention plan updates.• Assist with reports.• Provide assistances in all aspects of the storm water management plan.• Interpreting and analyzing storm water data and providing technical expertise for non– conformances.• Advising on state and federal storm water regulations.• Quality program stakeholder team.• Providing regulatory audit support.• Advising and providing regulatory reviews, new permit reviews, and corrective action reviews.• Review and/or draft documents to be submitted to regulatory agencies.• Identifying and assisting in securing grant funding for projects.• Assisting with field studies and inspections.• Assisting with identifying, installing, and monitoring best management practices and other field studies including inspections and audits.
