1) Vendor needs to provide facility entryway mat supplies to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA. • Regarding Mats: – Provide commercial–grade entrance mats suitable for high–traffic public facilities – Offer multiple sizes and styles (interior carpeted, scraper mats, water absorbent, anti–fatigue, specialty safety mats)– Remove soiled mats and replace them with clean, laundered mats – Inspect mats for damage and replace worn or unsafe mats at no additional charge – Mats must be maintained in good condition, free from excessive wear, curling edges, or Odors. • Regarding Shop Towels / Rags: – Provide reusable shop towels suitable for maintenance shops, fleet operations, wastewater facilities, and other County operations.– Launder towels in compliance with all environmental and wastewater discharge regulations.– The Contractor must comply with all applicable hazardous material handling laws if shop towels are exposed to oils, solvents, or other regulated substances. • Regarding Mop Head Rental and Laundering: – Wet mop heads, dust mops, and microfiber systems – Regular exchange and laundering services – Replacement of worn equipment(2) The contract period will be for five years.
