(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.– Provide management, operation, and supervision of the armed security services.– Monitor crowd movement and activity during events and proactively identify potential security concerns, issues, or problems.– Provide escorts for headliners, coaches, and other designated individuals on an as–requested basis.– Perform searches of bags, abandoned items and individuals as needed.– Assist with and follow established emergency procedures, including evacuations and other emergency response protocols.– Respond promptly to calls for assistance and provide appropriate support based on the situation.– Address unruly or disruptive patrons and, when necessary, remove individuals from the facility.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
