HR-9057 - USA (Isle of Wight, Virginia) - Compensation Study Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study services to the government authority located in Isle of Wight, VA.– Proposals from interested and qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study which will assist the County in updating its classification plan, revising salary administration guidelines, and developing a compensation philosophy within the competitive labor market.– Study shall evaluate the internal equity (compression) as well as the current classification, salary, and benefit structures as compared to the job market for comparable positions in other municipalities and in the private sector.– Establish a comprehensive timeline for completion of all tasks included herein.– Provide regular progress reports to the Human Resources Director or designee at agreed–upon intervals.– Conduct employee engagement activities, including surveys and interviews, to gather information relevant to the classification and compensation study.– Develop a detailed plan for implementing the recommended changes to the current Position Classification and Compensation Plan, pay structure, classification programs, and related policies.– Plan should include, at minimum, communications, implementation procedures/steps, and comprehensive training.– Deliver a detailed implementation plan with associated cost estimates to implement and recommend applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines for ongoing effective salary administration and pay plan maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
