NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE E2 WALLS INC

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: E2 Walls, Inc. installed office walls at our new space located at Court Plaza, 2671 Airport Road South. We now need modifications to those offices to create a more private environment for staff members and clients. The Division routinely addresses HIPPA and Financial information with clients that can not be shared with outside persons or other staff to protect the privacy of our clients. Much of the information is confidential, necessitating the need for private work and meeting spaces. This initial installation did not provide adequate soundproofing to ensure confidentiality. Direct assistance and navigation to other assistance resources are essential to the health and well-being of Collier County's social and senior services population.
