(1) Vendor needs to provide vital records processing services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– Provide vital records processing services via telephone, Internet, fax, in–person and mail.– Provide call center services for customers who call to inquire about vital records or desire to order vital records via the telephone or fax using a credit or debit card.– All customer calls must be directed to the supplier’s dedicated toll–free number.– Call assistance must be available in a minimum of English and Spanish and be ADA compliant.– Online chat services, email correspondence and social media outlets must be available for support.– Authenticate identity of telephone customers.– Automatically record 100% of the calls.– Provide a self–service kiosk system to allow in–person vital records customers the capability to order a vital record and make a payment using a credit or debit card or check.– Provide funeral home portal services to give funeral homes the ability to quickly and efficiently order multiple death certificates.– Provide mail processing services for customers requesting vital records through the mail.– Supply, install and host a web–based remote ordering system for vital records which must be compatible with all major desktop and mobile browsers.– System should provide a direct link from the department’s website to the supplier’s website order page.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
