(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce implementation enterprise system.• Tracking all Salesforce–related Projects and related issued under this Master Contract• Maintaining an enterprise project portfolio dashboard• Monitoring schedule, scope, and cost performance across projects• Providing consolidated status reporting to the State• Identifying risks, dependencies, and cross–agency coordination issues• Coordinating enterprise–level Contractor reporting requirements• Supporting quarterly performance reviews• Assisting in identifying opportunities for reuse of shared components or enterprise solutions• Escalating issues affecting multiple agencies or enterprise architecture alignment• Capacity planning and forecast use of resources to ensure adherence to the Resource Availability and Readiness Requirements.– The Enterprise Salesforce Portfolio Manager shall provide:• Monthly enterprise portfolio status report• Consolidated project dashboard• Risk and issue log across Purchase Orders• Quarterly enterprise performance review report• Annual enterprise Salesforce activity summary(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
