(1) Vendor needs to provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) solution.– Provide manual UAT (Test design + execution + defect management) and coordination support beginning on Day 1 of the engagement, with no gap in coverage during the transition.– Design and execute a phased pilot to introduce AI–assisted test case generation, self–healing automation, and expanded automated regression coverage.– Align new automation work with the organization's existing Playwright + TypeScript framework and CI/CD pipeline, rather than introducing a competing toolchain unless a clear case is made.– Establish a long–term operating model that blends manual UAT with automated and AI–assisted testing.– Ensure all services and any AI–based tooling comply with applicable regulations relevant to education technology and data privacy.– Assess current manual test suites and existing Playwright or TypeScript automation; recommend a bounded pilot scope (e.g., one module, one product line, or one critical workflow).– Build or extend automated + AI–assisted test coverage, self–healing for the pilot scope within the existing Playwright and TypeScript framework; integrate with CI/CD; define success metrics.– Expand automation or AI coverage to additional modules based on pilot learnings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
