(1) Vendor needs to provide general construction services to the government authority located in New Mexico. – Contractors shall have the technical staff to perform diagnostic services; provide incidental design services as needed; and to provide professionally prepared, stamped drawings, if needed, to obtain installation or construction permits.– an individual project may include equipment, fixtures and furniture whether attached or not to the building.– The utility work can include building power systems such as solar panels, geothermal systems, water sourcing systems, water treatment and waste disposal/treatment systems.– It can also include security and other low voltage installations with related controls and equipment.
