(1) Vendor needs to provide online tutoring platform. • Provide an online tutoring platform that delivers on–demand academic support for higher education students, including specialized programs such as online nursing tutoring.• Solution must provide the best overall value, be cost–effective, and effectively support the diverse academic needs of the community college student population• Support Single Sign–On (SSO) through the College's identity provider, MS Entra ID, using industry standard protocols such as SAML 2.0 and/or OpenID Connect (OIDC).• Allow students, faculty, tutors, and advisors to access tutoring services directly from Blackboard without requiring separate credentials or a secondary authentication process.• Support mobile–responsive access consistent with the Blackboard Ultra user experience.• Provide tutoring for first–generation college students• Support role–based administrative access controls that allow the College to assign permissions based on job responsibilities.• Manage and limit tutoring sessions on a per student basis.• Support audit logging of all administrative activities.• Provide centralized administrative dashboards for operational management, utilization monitoring, scheduling oversight, and reporting.• Support integration with institutional directory and identity services to minimize manual account maintenance.• Encrypt all institutional and student data in transit and at rest.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
