(1) Vendor needs to provide common spaces cleaning services to the government authority located in Telluride, CO.– Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness.– Report to appropriate facility contact person any safety or cleaning concerns immediately.– Provide a recommendation to the contact person if any additional cleaning is needed.– Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment and elevator operation issues directly to Town’sFacility Maintenance Manager.– Empty trash on each scheduled visit and replace can liners only as needed.– Clean the trash receptacles as needed.– Clean and sanitize floors, toilets, and sinks on each scheduled building visit.– Clean walls, doors, windows, and mirrors– Clean kitchen surfaces and appliances– Replenish all paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap dispensers.(2) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.
