(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless programing services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO. – Provide services in the following 2 areas: • Permanent Supportive Housing for 64 households• Housing and Resource Navigation including diversion (reunification with family), problem–solving, and short–term rental assistance for rapid exits out of homelessness. This will also include medium–term rapid rehousing services for 4 households.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
