CLEANING-13727 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – All non–carpeted floors shall be swept or dusted and mopped for the removal of litter, dust, and dirt, and then damp mopped with an approved cleaning agent or disinfectant for the removal of spots, if any.– All carpet and carpet runners shall be vacuumed, and spots removed, if any.– Hand soap, hand towels, toilet seat covers, urinal screens and toilet tissue shall be replenished. – All trash cans or wastebaskets shall be washed, sanitized, dried and returned to their original placement.– All light fixture surfaces shall be dusted.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
