EXTRA-73595 - USA (Anoka, Minnesota) - Public Health and Environmental Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public health and environmental services to the government authority located in Anoka, MN.– The work includes renovation of approximately 12,000 square feet on the second floor of the agency for relocation of the Public Health and Environmental Services Department from the sixth floor to the second floor– The project consists of a complete interior office remodel, including demolition, new construction, finishes, doors and hardware, casework, reflected ceiling work, and associated mechanical, electrical, lighting, power, and related system modifications required for occupancy and operation of the new department layout.– Wet–Pipe Sprinkler System: Automatic sprinklers are attached to piping containing water and that isconnected to water supply.– Water discharges immediately from sprinklers when they are opened. Sprinklers open when heat melts fusible link or destroys frangible device(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026
