(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning service to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL. – Lobby, offices, restrooms, conference room, break area, exterior stoops and walkways.– Vacuum all carpeting, including stairs, carpet mats, in traffic lanes.– Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wipe with disinfectant.– Wipe towel cabinet covers, dispensers, and changing tables.– Spot clean partition glass.– Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out. Polish bright work. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
