(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter pilot training services to the government authority located in Mesa, AZ.        – Provide comprehensive Rotorcraft Helicopter Pilot Training Services for initial pilot training and added ratings for existing pilots.– Pilot training is a crucial element to ensure the aviation unit is staffed with competent airmen.– Periodic site inspection of training facilities by the aviation administrator or their designee.– Provide regular training progress updates to aviation administrator.– Provide training for pilot applicants up to 250 lbs. body weight.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
