VMR ansvarar för avfallshämtningen i egen regi inom Bergs, Bräcke och Härjedalens kommuner och behöver, mot bakgrund av växande behov, säkerställa tillgång till fordon för verksamheten med egen personal och egna resurser. Upphandlingen omfattar även service och reparation inom det geografiska verksamhetsområdet. Avrop sker genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning.
