Vendor needs to provide resident satisfaction survey services to the government authority located in Rome, GA.– Professional services to support the design, deployment, promotion, analysis, and presentation of results for a resident satisfaction survey.– Design a resident satisfaction survey instrument tailored to agency public housing, housing choice voucher, and other applicable resident populations.– Develop survey questions that measure resident experience, service responsiveness, communication, maintenance, safety, property conditions, accessibility, digital engagement, and overall satisfaction.– Provide accessible survey formats, which may include online, paper, mobile–friendly, and alternative formats as needed to support resident participation.– Support survey promotion and resident outreach through flyers, notices, digital messaging, staư talking points, and other communication materials.– Deploy and manage the survey process, including response tracking, confidentiality protection, and technical assistance.– Analyze survey responses, identify key themes, summarize open–ended comments, and compare results across relevant categories where appropriate.
