(1) Vendor needs to provide park renovation service to the government authority located in Federal Heights, CO. – Work will include the following: installation of a new Poligon shade structure, new ADA play area, new sports court, refurbishment of existing basketball court, conversion of blue grass turf to water wise landscaping, regrading, minor drainage improvements, central lawn area and trail repairs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
