(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.• Attorneys nationally recognized in the practice of public security and tax law to serve as municipal bond counsel to the county for the issuance of general obligation bonds or the refunding of such bonds and other debt instruments including to, bond anticipation notes, revenue anticipation notes, and tax anticipation notes that may be required from time to time to finance improvements in the county.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
