(1) Vendor needs to provide signage and wayfinding services.– The goal of the project is to improve wayfinding for students, staff and faculty. – The project will provide a uniform building numbering system throughout campus. – The project involves selective demolition of existing exterior signs, cutting, patching, and repair of existing exterior building finishes damaged by demolition of existing exterior signs and preparation for installation new exterior signs, fabrication and installation of new exterior signs, and site work limited to demolition and installation of exterior signs and their foundations.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
