(1) Vendor needs to provide peer support and suicide prevention services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.• The program is a peer support suicide prevention program that works to prevent suicide by meeting the needs of veterans and their families.• The program serves both veterans – defined as any person who served in the United States armed forces, including reserve or national guard components, regardless of length of service or discharge status and whoever the veteran defines as their family members.• The program addresses problems that arise during post–military service community reintegration and offers individualized strategies to help address the unique issues faced by the military/veteran community and their families.• The program will, through one–on–one and group interactions and activities, provide linkages to services, support, and advocacy related to behavioral health, housing, employment, financial services, legal assistance, education, and benefits access.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
