CONS-24069 - USA (Hillsboro, New Mexico) - Adobe Restoration Service - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide adobe restoration service to the government authority located in Hillsboro, NM. – There are significant, active cracks in the cement stucco that extend back into the adobe walls. – These cracks are found over a door opening, at the juncture of the auditorium with classroom blocks, and the back wall of the auditorium.– Repair of the adobe walls will be the focus of this solicitation.– The new stucco/skim coat should be cementitious and not elastomeric, acrylic, or modified with polymers.– Windows will be cut into the exterior stucco in strategic areas to allow for inspection.– Where cracks exist, the cause will be determined ad remedied, after which the cracks will be repaired, cutting out damaged adobes and “stitching–in“ new adobes to bridge the gap.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
