CONS-22687 - USA (Parker, Colorado) - Professional Construction Inspection and Management Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call professional construction inspection and management services to the government authority located in Parker, CO. – Provide prompt and efficient service to the agency for on– call professional construction inspection and management services related to parks, trails and open space. – This work will include, inspection of grading and earthwork, concrete and asphalt pavement and subgrade, concrete curb and gutter, accessible (ADA) curb ramps, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, trail alignment, site and sports lighting, irrigation systems, retaining walls, fencing, utility infrastructure, shade structures, athletic fields, sport courts, playgrounds, splashpads, site furnishings, pedestrian bridges, landscape and planting, plumbed restroom buildings, and other infrastructure inspections. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
