Automic License Renewals (Dollar Universe and Easytrieve) FY25-26

The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations to renew our Automic Dollar Universe and Easytrieve licenses. The pricing should include a one-year price quotation as well a quotation for pricing for 3 years, to be billed annually. Read all instructions carefully before submitting your proposal. Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 AND please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed. If applicable, please include the cooperative contract number on your official quotation. Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor.
