(1) Vendor needs to provide skilled information technology professionals and resources service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Provide skilled Information Technology (IT) professionals and resources to assist with agency of optimizing and migrating our legacy systems to a modern enterprise data platform.• This includes, but is not limited to, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, Salesforce platform support, Health IT interoperability, data engineering, application development, project management, clinical informatics, enterprise architecture, and administrative support services.• Provide staff augmentation support across the full lifecycle of agency, encompassing platform administration and development, system integration, workflow design, data modeling, application management, infrastructure operations, and enterprise IT governance.• IT professionals shall be available for full–time commitment: five days a week, eight hours daily.• IT professionals are required to devote full–time hours to their assigned project(s) and remain accessible during core business hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm daily.• IT professionals are required to work 40 hours per week. • IT professionals are required to submit timesheets every two (2) weeks in the Pass portal.• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; identify and resolve infrastructure issues.• Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper–V), patch management, and OS upgrades• Administer user accounts, access controls, and permissions across enterprise systems(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid conference will be held on July 17, 2026
