(1) Vendor needs to provide plan review and public works permitting software. – Review Town Documents & Upload to Software: This task is to bring in existing agency Documents to the software to create an archive for agency Staff to reference within the software. This Task will also include the implementation of agency GIS data to the software’s GIS application.– Staff Training & Workflow Implementation.– Provide professional services for the implementation of a plan review and public works permitting software with the potential for business licensing and code enforcement services.– The Provider software must include, at a minimum, the following features:• Plan review services that allow external agencies to easily access and provide comments on plans and provide easy access to applicants for submittals.• Compatibility with existing Town services such as Bluebeam, Xpress BillPay, and ArcGIS.• Public Works permitting services.• Potential inclusion of business licensing and code enforcement services.• Quick response time to technical issues.• Compatibility with Laserfiche.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
