(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in San Luis, AZ.• provide professional engineering services for a variety of municipal capital improvement projects, including street and roadway improvements, traffic engineering, water and wastewater infrastructure, drainage and flood control, utility improvements, site development, and other public infrastructure projects. • Services may include, but are not limited to, engineering studies and evaluations, preliminary engineering, surveying and mapping, design reports, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimates, permitting assistance, bidding and procurement support, construction administration, construction observation and inspection, and other related engineering services as requested by the City.• Projects may involve multiple engineering disciplines, including civil, transportation and traffic, structural, mechanical, electrical, water and wastewater, drainage, and other specialized engineering services• Services will be authorized on an as–needed basis through individual project assignments or task orders.• Water System Projects, including the design or redesign of water treatment facilities, wells, water storage facilities, pump stations, waterlines, and related infrastructure(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
