(1) Vendor needs to provide website administration, maintenance, social media management, and content creation service• Manage and maintain website and social media, ensuring their functionality, security, accessibility, and optimal performance; and distribute bimonthly email newsletters through an email delivery and management platform• Social media, the website, and email will be used as tools to deliver these messages to diverse audiences and strengthen the reach of community education efforts.• Perform routine website maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and technical support within the access level assigned to the provider.• Maintain consistency in the visual design, structure, navigation, and graphic identity of the website.• Manage and maintain social media accounts include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Monitor social media performance and collect the indicators.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
