(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system to facilitate improved communication, accountability, workflow planning, and operational efficiencies.– The system must integrate with ArcGIS Enterprise, develop work orders tied directly to mapped assets that include infrastructure, land management/ general grounds maintenance, fleet and equipment, inspections and regulatory tracking with a proven record in the public sector applications.• Standardize and centralize work order and maintenance processes.• Improve communication, assignment, scheduling, and accountability.• Integrate work orders and maintenance activities with GIS–based assets.• Increase preventive maintenance and inspection compliance.• Provide reliable operational data to support staffing, budgeting, asset management, and capital planning– The system shall provide comprehensive work order management capabilities including:• Creation of work orders by authorized staff• Supervisor review and assignment• Assignment to individuals or crews• Configurable work order types• Configurable priority levels• Due dates and completion deadlines• Emergency work identification• Status tracking (New, Assigned, In Progress, Completed, Closed)– GIS & Asset Management Integration• Integrate with ArcGIS Enterprise• Associate work orders, inspections, and maintenance history with GIS assets• Support point, line, and polygon assets– Mobile Field Operations• iOS and Android compatibility• Offline functionality• Automatic synchronization(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
