(1) Vendor needs to provide destination marketing organization services. • Provide comprehensive tourism, convention, and trade show marketing services designed to promote the city and generate measurable increases in hotel occupancy, visitor spending, and economic activity within the city.• Social media marketing.• Public relations and earned media outreach.• Content creation.• Visitor guides and promotional materials.• Search engine optimization and website content.• Development of a written annual marketing plan.• Digital advertising campaigns.• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused specifically on promoting the city as a destination for leisure travel, meetings, conventions, sporting events, and other visitor–generating activities.• Actively market college park to convention planners, trade associations, sports organizations, and group travel coordinators.• Direct sales outreach.• Preparation of proposals and bid packages.• Attendance at industry trade shows.• Strategic objectives.• Target markets.• Marketing tactics.• Market and promote college park hotels, restaurants, event venues, attractions, parks, entertainment facilities, and cultural destinations.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
