RFP #26067 - Meydenbauer Bay Park Phase 2 - GC/CM Services

The City of Bellevue, Washington is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) to perform GC/CM services for the Meydenbauer Bay Park Phase 2 project (the Project). The Meydenbauer Bay Park Phase 2 project continues the work of the 2010 Meydenbauer Bay Park and Land Use Plan and builds off the success of the existing implemented Phase 1 park. It continues the Grand Connection vision of connecting Meydenbauer Bay Park to Wilburton’s Eastrail Corridor with a rich pedestrian-oriented experience. The project continues the parks expansion to create enhanced connection between downtown, the waterfront, and the Phase 1 park. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirement for the Project will be 15%. The Estimated Maximum Allowabel Construction Cost (MACC) is $20,200,000.
