Description

The City of Surprise, Arizona (the "City") is accepting proposals for Types of Services/Goods to reduce structure water overuse issues for the Department Name Department. The intent of the City is to enter into a single Contract with a qualified person, or firm to provide the quality products and services, as specified, at a fair market price. The Estimated volume for this contract is $387,000.00 The initial term of the contract will be for a minimum of two (2) years and may be renewed up to three (3) additional one-year terms. Renewal of the contract will be based on the needs of the City. The materials and services supplied under this Contract shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, and the Contract shall maintain all applicable licenses and permits.
