(1) Vendor needs to provide safe streets avenue construction services to the government authority located in Riverdale, MD.– Mobilization, field adjustment, and establishment of erosion and sediment control practices and tree protection measures, per approved plans.– Clearing, grubbing, and demolition of existing site features, including curbs, asphalt, concrete, trees, and vegetation.– Construction of new crossings and ancillary elements per the approved plans.– Planting and landscaping.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
