(1) Vendor needs to provide registration and facility booking software.– Implement a solution that will enable the agency employees to serve participants with greater efficiency while in the office or out in the field, enhance marketing, improve internal operations, and augment the public interface. – Solution shall provide for uncomplicated management, allow for future growth, and deploy easily to functional areas of parks and recreation. – Web–based Recreation Management Software to support the processes managed by the agency. – Processes include but are not limited to the daily management of administrative tasks such as activity/program registrations; facility reservations and scheduling; memberships; point–of–sale; payment processing; 24/7 support and customized reporting. – Comprehensive, hosted, or hybrid–hosted solution that can meet the current requirements of the city agency and is capable of expansion to meet future needs.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website
