(1) Vendor needs to provide capstone renovation services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Capstone renovation will comprehensively renovate an iconic 18–story residence hall. – Features suite style living areas with approximately 600 student beds, meeting rooms, a dining hall and the landmark top of city restaurant. – The comprehensive renovation will include new systems, roofing, exterior envelope repair and interior finishes throughout.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
