(1) Vendor needs to provide managed network services to the government authority located in Texas.– Shall include all necessary Services, Hardware, Software and maintenance for successful delivery, inclusive of monitoring, management, Network Security, Disaster Recovery Planning, Disaster Recovery Testing, Disaster Recovery, and device patching and updates, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.– Fully Managed VPN: Successful Respondent shall establish and perform monitoring and management of an approved virtual private network solution enabling encrypted tunnel traffic to Customer environments.– The solution shall include Domain Name Service (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Internet Protocol Address Management (IPAM).– Web Application Firewall Services including 7x24 NOC, monitoring, management, performance and capacity management, triage, system restoration, incident resolution, problem resolution, change execution, system patching, refresh planning, and asset management. – Web Application Firewall services cannot be provided standalone. One of the following services must also be selected with Web Application Firewall: LAN, WAN, or Wireless.
