Description
The Oak Terrace Navigation Center is a Tuolumne County Housing Initiative that includes two buildings and a breezeway that need to be reroofed. The proposals will be evaluated based on the total cost of the work. The County retains the right to reject any/all bids it deems unsatisfactory and to wave any deficiency in the proposal if deemed to be immaterial. Tuolumne County intends to select a contractor that meets the specifications of this solicitation based on best value to the County.
