CONS-22165 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Engineering Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.• The consultant shall ensure timely identification of relevant records and other information available from the district and necessary for the project. This information can include model data, reports, metering data, and additional asset information.• The consultant shall submit a request to the district asking for the identification of record drawings that may contain information relevant to the project.• The consultant shall enter all payment applications, contract changes and submit all deliverables electronically using the district’s web–based contract management system (e–Builder).• The payment application, contract change, and deliverable review and disposition process shall be managed within this web–based system, allowing access to status and disposition by consultant and district project manager at any time.• Prior to the kick–off meeting, prepare and submit a project schedule including key milestones and a cash flow projection within two weeks after notice to proceed using a bar chart format so that project progress can be monitored.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
