(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Provide architectural services in support of its mission to return vacant, abandoned, and tax–foreclosed properties to productive use.– Such services may include architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, surveying, environmental, historic preservation, energy, and other specialty services, as appropriate to a task order.– Services may include, as appropriate to the project and task order, existing conditions investigation, programming and scope development, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting and approvals, bidding/procurement support, construction administration, and project closeout.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
