Vendor needs to provide Section 457(b) deferred compensation plan services to the government authority located in Millburn, NJ. – Provide administration, recordkeeping, investment, participant education, financial guidance, and related services for the governmental Section 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan.– The selected provider shall provide comprehensive administration and recordkeeping services for the Section 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, including:- Maintenance of individual participant accounts and transaction histories;- Processing and reconciliation of employee contributions;- Coordination of contribution files with the agency's payroll system;- Monitoring of applicable contribution limits and catch–up provisions;- Administration of Traditional pre–tax and Roth 457(b) contributions;- Processing of rollovers into and distributions from the Plan;- Administration of required minimum distributions and applicable tax reporting;- Maintenance of records and services for active employees, retirees, and former employees;- Plan sponsor reporting and administrative support; and- Assistance with applicable federal and State compliance requirements.
