(1) Vendor needs to provide outside legal counsel immigration services to the government authority located in Russellville, AR. – Provide outside legal counsel for immigration matters.– Advice concerning federal immigration laws, regulations, policies, procedures, compliance obligations, and strategic options affecting employees, faculty, students, visitors, and contractors;– Preparation, review, filing, and support of employment–based petitions, applications, labor condition applications, labor certifications, adjustment–of–status matters, and related evidence or correspondence.– Responses to requests for evidence, notices, audits, investigations, or other agency inquiries;– Counsel regarding institutional immigration processes, documentation, risk, training, and policy development.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
