(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental nutrition assistance program employment and training services to the government authority located in Montgomery, OH.• Accept referrals and initiate participant contact within county–established timeframes.• Provide, coordinate, or monitor work, education, training, financial literacy, developmental, alternative, and other activities authorized by agency.• Ensure activities comply with applicable federal and state requirements and are reasonably related to the participant’s employment goals and circumstances.• Provide job–search, job–readiness, career–planning, résumé–development, interviewing, and employment–preparation services as authorized.• Coordinate education and occupational training activities, including monitoring participation during breaks, withdrawals, schedule changes, and other interruptions when required.• Recruit, develop, and maintain sufficient work–experience and community–service sites.• Community–service placements with public or nonprofit organizations that directly benefit the community, serve a useful community purpose, improve participants’ employability, and account for each participant’s prior training, experience, and skills.• Execute and maintain county–approved site agreements.• Match participants to appropriate placements based on abilities, interests, barriers, schedules, transportation, accessibility, and employment goals.• Ensure placements provide meaningful supervision and do not displace regular employees.• Provide ongoing case management to promote full participation and progress toward self–sufficiency.• Develop action steps addressing barriers such as transportation, childcare, housing, health needs, disabilities, legal issues, language access, education, and family responsibilities.• Coordinate referrals and follow up to determine whether services were accessed and effective.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
