(1) Vendor needs to provide battery electric bus charging strategy study service.• The analysis will identify operational constraints, evaluate alternative operating strategies, and recommend an optimized approach for fleet deployment and charging operations.• Review available operational data and confirm project assumptions.a. Pilot bus performance logb. Agency charging facility layout and hardware specificationsc. Vehicle specifications• Review existing fleet operations and dispatch procedures• Analyze morning + afternoon pullouts and returns2) Evaluate coach staging and yard circulation3) Assess charging operations, charging schedules, and charger utilization4) Evaluate fleet readiness and vehicle availability5) Analyze and mileage upon vehicle return• Develop a 3–day rolling predictive simulation of agency operations based on anticipated or modeling operating conditions• Model staggered deployment, vehicle assignment, and scenarios based on operational impacts of setup and staging time which impacts vehicle readiness(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026.
