EXTRA-71875 - USA (Kelso, Washington) - Incident After Action Report Service - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide incident after action report service to the government authority located in Kelso, WA. – Conduct an independent and comprehensive review of incident response activities related to the May 26, 2026 mass casualty hazardous materials incident.– Data collection and document review.– Assess interagency coordination, communications, resource management, and overall operational effectiveness.– Stakeholder engagement plan.– Final corrective action recommendations.– Executive presentation.– Draft after action report.– Evaluate compliance with applicable emergency plans, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.– Identify strengths, best practices, and successful actions that contributed to incident response and recovery efforts.– Identify operational gaps, challenges, and areas requiring improvement.– Develop measurable corrective actions and improvement strategies to enhance future preparedness, response, coordination, and recovery capabilities.– Prepare a final after action report and corrective action recommendations document suitable for executive leadership, operational personnel, partner agencies, and other stakeholders.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
