(1) Vendor needs to provide macro – opioid abatement substance use disorder intervention grant program services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– Services shall focus on reducing opioid–related harm, increasing access to treatment and recovery support, and improving outcomes for individuals affected by opioid use disorder.A. Outreach and Engagement– Identify and engage individuals impacted by opioid use disorder.– Provide screening, referral, and connection to appropriate services. B. Intervention and Care Coordination– Deliver evidence–based intervention services.– Coordinate access to treatment, recovery, behavioral health, housing, employment, and other supportive services.C. Recovery Support– Provide peer support, case management, recovery coaching, and relapse prevention services.– Maintain follow–up contact to support long–term recovery.D. Program Performance and Reporting– Track participant enrollment, services provided, referrals, and outcomes.– Submit periodic performance and financial reports as required by Agency.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
