(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Salem, VA.• Offices, Hallways and Entrances– Carpeted floors shall be vacuumed in high traffic areas and anywhere there is a visible need.– Hard floors shall be completely swept and cleaned as needed as appropriate for type of flooring.– Wall surfaces, baseboards, doors window frames, sills and waste receptacles shall be cleaned as needed– All light fixtures shall be maintained and free of insects.• Restrooms – All light fixtures shall be maintained and free of insects.– Stalls, seats, toilet bowls, partitions, and urinals shall be cleaned and sanitized.– Traps shall be maintained free from odor and debris at all times.– All washbasins and fixtures shall be cleaned and sanitized.• Carpet Cleaning(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for One year.
