(1) Vendor needs to provide fire and intrusion alarm monitoring, annual fire alarm inspection, and as–needed alarm maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Chico, CA.– To provide electronic fire and intrusion alarm system monitoring, maintenance and repair, service calls, scheduled at times mutually agreed upon between both parties.– Provide twenty–four hour daily alarm testing to ensure equipment is working properly and perform the annual fire alarm system inspection(s).• Any door hardware associated with the Security System • Alarm Panels(s) • Backup batteries • Heat Detectors • Duct Detectors • Horns/Speakers • Control Equipment • Magnetic Contacts • Manual Pull Stations • Panic Buttons • Personality Modules • Power Supplies • Power Transfer Hinges • Request to Exit Devices • Remote Annunciators • Smoke Detectors • Strobe Lights • Transceivers • Transformers • Transmitters • Water Flow • Tamper Switches • Window/Door Contacts– Provide remedial maintenance and repairs on an as needed basis to keep the system operating free of detects.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
